30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories, manuals, parts, and components originally included.
• Include proof of purchase or order number.

Items that have been used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or show significant signs of wear may not be eligible for return.

Return Authorization

Before sending any product back, customers must contact ColTeam Building Supply to request return authorization.

Please do not send products back without prior approval.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Order number
• Product being returned
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the item when requested

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after the return is approved.
