Customers receiving palletized or freight shipments should inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt whenever reasonably possible.

Visible damage, missing cartons, broken pallets, or other transportation damage should be noted on the delivery receipt.

Customers should take photographs of any visible damage.

Damage or shortages should be reported to ColTeam Building Supply as soon as possible so that we can assist with the freight claim process.

12. Local Pickup

When local pickup is available, customers will receive instructions regarding when and where their order can be collected.

Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation that the order is ready.

Identification and order confirmation may be required.

13. Returns and Refunds
